The Locked Price Protocol
Three steps that decide what you pay — all of them before we touch a box
Rate locked in writing — before your deposit
Your rate sheet states the hourly rate, the transport fee, the minimum and the estimated hour range. You get it in writing before you pay anything. That sheet does not change after you book.
Contract signed before we lift a box
On moving day, the crew leader walks through the home with you, you confirm what moves and what stays, and the contract is reviewed and signed before any work starts. No work begins on a verbal agreement.
No new number at unload
Payment is collected on arrival at the unloading address, calculated at the rate you were quoted. There is no moment where your furniture is in the truck and the price has changed.
What we do not promise
we will not guarantee how many hours your move will take. Nobody honestly can — stairs, elevator delays, traffic and access all move that number. We guarantee the rate those hours are billed at, and we put it in writing before you pay a deposit.
